Charity Golf Tournament for Juravinski Cancer Center
On May 27th the Hamilton Professional Fire Fighters Association held its first ever Charity Golf Tournament at Glendale Golf and Country Club. The event raised about $20,000 that went to the Patient Research Library at the Juravinski Cancer Center.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who participated in the event and special thanks to our great sponsors. Thanks again, and we will see you all next year.
Special Meeting: 2010-2011 Contract Proposals
Sisters and Brothers: There will be a Special Meeting on May 25th to discuss and vote on the 2010-2011 Contract Proposals.
Where: Band Hut on Dartnall Road at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Special Meeting: Re-activation of PC's and Re-introduction of Chief of Training
Brothers and Sisters,
The Executive Committee of the Hamilton Professional Fire Fighters Association calls a special meeting under Article 5, Section 2 of the Constitution to discuss and vote on:
1) Re-activation of the Platoon Chief position’s and applicable change to the promotional process;
2) Re-introduction of the Chief of Training into the bargaining unit with applicable promotional process.

No Judicial Review of Bulick Award
On December 30th 1997, Brother Ron Bulick responded to a house fire and received multiple injuries when he fell through a floor. He retired in 1999 and exactly 11 months later passed away.
