Thank you to the thousands that came out to the Hamilton Firefighters Chili Festival in Confederation Park.

Friday night Food Truck Throwdown saw Curbside Crepes win for best truck decoration, Dirty South take home the award for best item (pulled pork taco), Gorilla Cheese win for most unique and newcomer Jonny Blonde win the prize for best overall Food Truck.

Our annual Firefighters Chili Cook-Off was held on the Saturday with top prize of Best Chili going to Jack Astor’s, Centennial Parkway, Best Booth to The Collins Brew House and People’s Choice to Station 6 Middleton/Hamelin.

Those in attendance on Sunday where treated to an awesome final race which saw Hamilton narrowly defeat Longueuil for the relay race championship.
