The Hamilton Professional Fire Fighter’s Association (HPFFA), Local 288 has partnered with Canadian Blood Services to help ensure that lifesaving blood products are available to hospital patients in need. As part of their dedication to their community the HPFFA has adopted the Hamilton blood donor clinic and committed to recruit new donors and fill appointments to help collect 100 donations over March Break at the clinic.

The HPFFA membersh has been involved with Canadian Blood Services for many years.  This year, 100,000 new blood donors are needed across Canada to meet patient needs – including 1,200 needed right here in our community. The HPFFA is inviting all members, family, friends and Hamilton residents to join us and make an appointment to donate blood.

 

 AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT TIMES:

Monday- 4pm-8pm
Tuesday- 8am-12pm
Wednesday- 4pm-8pm
Thursday – 8am-12pm
Saturday- 8am-2pm
 

 As an added bonus, everyone who makes a donation and registers on the HPFFA sign-up sheet at the Ancaster location front desk will be eligbile for a draw for a $300 LOWES gift card!  Anyone who tweets or instagrams using #HamFFgiveblood will receive extra ballots into the draw as well.
